In addition to private practice, I also served the local school district as a child and family psychotherapist for many years.

Professional training and personal framework |
My professional trainings include somatic psychotherapy, mindfulness, trauma work, expressive arts, gestalt therapy, emotional freedom technique, Internal Family System, and Depth Hypnosis. Based on Buddhist psychology, shamanism, transpersonal psychology, and hypnotherapy, Depth Hypnosis was developed by Isa Gucciardi at the Foundation of the Sacred Stream.
My work is also deeply influenced by years of yoga practice and movement/dance meditation, studies of buddhist philosophy, and meditation practices. |
