Our challenges in life, though painful, can provide a pathway for transformation when they are examined with curiosity and compassion.
Picture
People often seek therapy during difficult life transitions, such as the loss of a loved one, moving to a new location, changing jobs, or facing challenges in communication with a partner, child, or coworker. Some of our responses and behaviors are perfectly suited to our circumstances, while others may keep us trapped in old patterns, making life feel overwhelming and difficult.

Some clients come to me already aware of what’s troubling them, perhaps a past trauma that remains unprocessed and continues to affect their present life, while others discover new insights and connections as we work together.

My Approach

I’ll help you carve out time each week to focus on yourself. Together, we will explore and truly listen to who you are as a unique individual. We will focus on your feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, uncovering your wisest voice—one that may have been hidden beneath life’s distractions, stressors, and past traumas. My ultimate goal is to help you cultivate balance and self-leadership in your life.

My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and focused on collaboration with my clients. I encourage open feedback, inviting clients to share how the work is going for them. Above all, I aim to create a supportive and safe space where you feel welcomed, heard, and accepted.

Modalities I use

Picture
Sessions may involve sharing, discussion,
collaboration, exploration, mindfulness, somatic inquiry, and reflection.
I simultaneously address the body, mind and emotions. I guide my clients through this process by using a variety of modalities such as Internal Family System, somatic inquiry, mindfulness meditation, guided imagery, Depth Hypnosis.

The length of a course of therapy depends on many elements including your intentions and the nature of the underlying problems. As a result, it is hard to know when we begin how long therapy will take. At times, I work with individuals briefly to address a specific issue or challenging situation. Other times, clients seek deeper, more transformative change, and the work becomes more in-depth. I encourage you to reach out if you have any questions about what it would be like to work together.
Are you ready to begin regular therapy?
