What You Might Be Wondering
How do I know if therapy is right for me?
Therapy can be helpful if you're struggling with difficult emotions, life transitions, relationship issues, past trauma, or a general sense of feeling "stuck." It’s also valuable for personal growth, self-exploration, and improving overall well-being. If you're unsure, we can discuss this during a free consultation to see if therapy feels like a good fit for you. I encourage clients to commit to 4-6 sessions before assessing progress and determining whether continuing therapy is the right choice.
Getting Started
Getting started with therapy begins with an initial phone consultation to determine if we're a good fit. During this call, you can share what’s bringing you to therapy, and I’ll answer any questions you may have about the process. It’s important that you feel comfortable and safe with your therapist. If, at any point, you feel that we're not the right fit, I can provide referrals to help you find a therapist who may be a better match for your needs.
My Office
I see clients both in person at my office and remotely via video or phone, depending on what works best for you. My office is located at 1801 Bush Street in San Francisco, CA. My office is conveniently near several bus lines.
Fees
My standard fee is $230 per 50-minute session. I also offer a limited number of reduced-fee spots based on availability. I accept cash, checks, Zelle, and Venmo.
Insurances
I’m happy to provide you with a monthly receipt for services (a "superbill") if you'd like to seek reimbursement through your insurance, health savings account (HSA), or flexible spending account (FSA).
